PKFit Verona

Our fifth location that opened in 2024, PKFit Verona, is built for those who demand the best in both training and recovery. This state-of-the-art facility features 24/7 access and the latest MATRIX equipment, offering a next-level workout experience in a space designed for both intensity and comfort.

The moment you step inside, the bold design and modern finishes set the tone—dark blacks contrast with rich browns and unique lighting, creating an energizing environment.

But what truly sets Verona apart? A private Contrast Therapy room with a sauna and cold plunge, available to schedule at your convenience. Whether you’re looking to enhance recovery, boost circulation, or reduce inflammation, this keypad-entry wellness retreat is Verona’s only Hot/Cold Contrast Therapy Zone.

This location also features outdoor turf space, personal training, and 24/7 phone-access entry, ensuring that every member has the flexibility, tools, and support to train smarter and recover better.
