CANCELLATION POLICY:

Class: Must cancel by 10pm the night before or be charged full amount for that class based on individual session rate. Members with unlimited packages will be charge the member drop in rate of $16 for late cancellation. Personal Training/Small Group: Member must cancel 48 hours in advance of session or  be charged full per session rate. Membership: Cancelling within the agreed upon date range as set by signed contract will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

REFUNDS:

Refunds on merchandise only. Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase unworn and unused. Defective items may be returned within 60 days, warn or used. 

CONTRACT TERMINATION:

Contracts may be terminated at any time for a fee of $100 and must be done no less than 15 days prior to your next automatic payment. Should you cancel within 15 days of your next payment, your cancellation will go into effect after that payment. You will have access to the gym for the remainder of that month. Peter Kraus Fitness holds the right to terminate a contract at any time should we feel you are not abiding by gym policy. You may cancel your membership at any time with a move of 25 miles or more away from Peter Kraus Fitness or due to serious injury with doctors note.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:

Always consult your physician before beginning any fitness program. The general information provided while attending Peter Kraus Fitness is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional. If you experience any pain or difficulty with these exercises, stop and consult your healthcare provider. If you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, light headedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath, stop. If the symptoms continue for more than 24 hours, consult your healthcare provider. Mild soreness after exercise is common, should symptoms persist or worsen more than 2-3 days, contact your healthcare provider. 

WAIVER:

A Peter Kraus Fitness waiver must be signed before using Peter Kraus Fitness. 

AGE REQUIREMENT:

Must be 16 years old or older to use Peter Kraus Fitness. Members under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

GENERAL CLEANLINESS:

Peter Kraus Fitness is a community gym. Please return all weights and equipment to their original location for the ease others. No bags or unnecessary items on the gym floor. Items must be stored in or placed atop designated lockers.  

DRESS CODE:

Shirts and shoes must be warn at all times except for in the process of changing in the changing area or bathroom. 

SECURITY:

Cameras are monitoring the interior and exterior of the space at all times. By entering Peter Kraus Fitness, you do so knowing that you are being recorded for security purposes. Footage shall remain secured and private unless needed for legal purposes. 

ENTRY:

Upon entering Peter Kraus Fitness, you must check in with the front desk employee while staffed. 

Non staffed hours require you to scan your key fab at the door. You may not under any circumstance allow another person through the door in front or behind you. One member through the door at a time. You must allow the door to fully close behind you and the key systems to briefly reset during non staffed hours. Any additional person must scan in with their own fab separately. No guests allowed during non staffed hours.
